To fasten iron/gold generator​

Detailed description:

In 3v3s and 4v4s the iron/gold generator should be fastened.The iron/gold generator speed is same for solo/doubles/threes/fours which should be eliminated​

Reason(s):

This would result in quicker games and also the use of more strats in the beginning of the game due to availability of resources at the beginning of the games​
