To add 1.16.5 back​

Detailed description:

So basicly i bought rank earlier and now all players cant join who play on 1.16.5
Beacuse our pcs can't support 1.19.4 version when we update it nothing changes please return 1.16.5 we want to play​

Reason(s):

We cant join newer versions than 1.16.5 that i max for our pcs​

Example(s):

My pc doesnt support it and i cant join newer version​

Garbage suggestion and lack of details.
The server won't return Lifesteal to the old version. Many players are more interested in playing on news versions.
