What are everyone thoughts on the staff here in pika?
 
Very positive (totally not biased).

Jokes aside, there are always going to be things we can improve on, but I think we're doing a pretty good job overall.

'Innocent' and 'make mistakes' are not compatible. You're either innocent or you made a mistake.

The one mistake is to remove anticheat bans, completly useless never work banned me beacuse i was just walking :heart: Anyways jokes aside as you side the staff team is good very kind a bit active just the ss team needs to get more active, more ss managers and more team events manager beacuse currently theres only siwan.
 
Might be biased saying this but I'd say the staff team is pretty good. All of us do our best and have a real connection with pika and wish for it to succeed. Of course, we are humans too and will make mistakes, but we always do our best to bring a safe and welcoming gaming environment for players, and I don't see that changing anytime soon! <3

I don't think we need more SS managers, since SS managers have quite a specific job in the screensharing scene, which is going pretty well at the moment. For the event managers, we will likely get a replacement

Even in smaller servers like Acentra (100 players), ss takes time and the anticheat bans aren't 100% accurate despite being an RBW focused server. There are bound to be hackers and false bans on big servers like Pika. Mistakes are guaranteed to happen, even staffs have their own lives. Only solution I see is increasing staff counts and trying to be more active

Yes, you can notice that since Arrly took over the management position, the staff count has increased. From what I can see, activity is quite good too (we're gonna ignore that we have 6 admins out of which 4 are N/A), so I think overall most problems that you mentioned used to be bigger problems but have since been solved to some extent
