Kill farming is not against the rules. (because it's allowed on hypixel)
Keep in mind that you will need an uncropped image and you will need to upload this image to imgur.com and make sure that the image is a high quality picture.
If you think he's cheating, feel free to report HERE, keep in mind that you will need a screenshot to prove that he's cheating.
