Disclaimer: You can't get it for your OWN account, you'll be using a different (and unique, and yours only) account.
How this works: Basically the concept of offline mode servers like Pika
Steps:
1) Go to NameMC website which is the place where all Minecraft accounts are stored (Basically a list of all mc accounts fyi)
2) After going there, click on capes at the top
3) You will see a list of all global vanilla capes (u can find Optifine capes too if you're lucky depends on the next few steps)
3) Click on any cape u want. (preferably one which has many accounts, see next step for info)
4) This step is very important. Once u get the account list, just scroll as down as u can, till you find a name which other people using this method probably haven't seen (basically select a name which you think others haven't used / seen
5) Click the name, check if they have the cape equipped. if no go to step 4
6) Open your TLauncher and disable the ✔ on accounts, then type in the name u selected.
7) Run game, and join pika server (it's the most popular one)
8) if it shows you to /register , good job! you got a cape account! BUT if it shows you to /login, that means someone else has the account. Start over from step 4, try better. Preferably try from a migrator cape (millions have alr migrated, that's a lot of unused accounts) or you can try your luck with a minecon account, tho a lot of people alr booked the account for themselves.
9) If you're REALLY lucky, the account might have an optifine cape, giving you a very epic flexy rectangle on your body
10) If you're HELLA LUCKY, the accout might ALSO have a lunar wings/cape attached, meaning you can run Lunar client, and claim the account on big cracked servers for epic funniness
11) Enjoy :). I know you can't get your own name. That's sad, but hey, beggars can't be choosers. it's really just about you, as a cape account user a lot of people notice me in games
