hello, at the beginning of the version I bought winter keys and I got the pinguin stuff 3 times but I never received it so I would like to be reimbursed for 3 keys or have my pinguin stuff it's a bug which is fixed now but at the beginning of the version it was not so I would like you to look at the server logs to see that I am not lying and then I have 12 subaquatic keys that I have won in chests of new years, so I would like to exchange it's keys against winter keys or to be reimbursed for 2.3 trunks of new years. You could try making a payment-related ticket, they might replace your Subaquatic keys for Winter ones.

You should have gotten it on your email address when you purchased winter keys/gold on the store.

When purchasing an item from the store, you are required to put an email address in. Go to the inbox of that email, view the receipt and the transaction ID will be there
