If a staff member is sure that you're hacking , then I am pretty sure you are! Try apologizing in your appeal instead of denying the fact that you were using hacks...

I'm sure I didn't! Its very accidentally because the lagg was real and he though I had antiKnockBack but im sure i was'nt used it.

@TheBearKingHD & this is what davida a helper said in his pvp tips forum: 'You can get less knockback with the spamming the W button while fighting. This will take a lot of knockback and this will improve staying close to your enemy to hit and NOT GET KNOCKED AWAY.
