Swearing in general shouldn't be punishable

In my opinion, swearing isn't something that we should punish people about it. it's super normal and already most of the players know what swear words are... a lot of people already using swear words normally.
let's make it clear as I suggest swearing in general and for me, it should be allowed and not punishable until the player starts using it against other people so in this case, it should be punishable.
I respect that there are kids on the server, but at the same time I don't wanna people on pika network to get muted just for saying a bad word. for me it doesn't make any sense cause most of the people used to swear and some of them feel good to talk with swear words.
so please I wish you guys take this suggestion seriously because so many players got permanent mute for that reason without even Infringement others.
rules are established to protect the weaker class in the society since they are at a disadvantage if such regulations are broken. When rules are properly set and followed, they provide a stable environment and human co-existence in a community, resulting in peace and order. so let's keep the rules in that way and yeah let's remove no sense rules.
