swap Item Shop and Upgrade NPC Sides​

Detailed description:

In most popular BedWars servers like Hypixel, the Item Shop is always on the right, and Team Upgrades are on the left.
Currently on PikaNetwork, it’s the opposite — which goes against the standard layout most players are used to.
This causes frequent misclicks, delays, and breaks muscle memory, especially during high-pressure situations or in Ranked BedWars.
Simply swapping the two NPCs would bring Pika's layout in line with other servers and feel more natural for the player base.​

• Aligns with standard server design
• Reduces misclicks and confusion
• Improves player flow and quick-buy efficiency
• Helps new players adapt faster
• Feels more competitive and polished

Example(s):

• Hypixel BedWars uses Item Shop on the right side.
• Every major competitive player is trained with Item Shop on right — even Ranked players on Pika struggle with the reversed layout.
• This change was requested multiple times already, showing it’s a high-demand QoL fix.

i agree cuz i main rbw more than normal bw in other servers like axora and holy i go to wrong npcs soo much in other servers

this will take a while for players to be used to it
