in your claim area you can set different settings/ preferences
- setting up a whitelist for the claimed area, unwhitelisted players can't hit or do any action (other than moving and chatting ... )
- abillity to set players dropping items [enabled, disabled] (or dropping a specific item)
- selecting a specific hopper that players can right click (donations hoppers)
- selecting a specific chest to have access to​

U can already set certain chests/hoppers/barrels to be opened by specific people by making a subclaim and setting up /containertrust perms. U can also private chests and add specific people to those privated chests.
