You should add mob heads to level up to the next spawner type (i.e) first tier ocelot
then you have to grind those in order to get to the next tier and you should have to pay in order to rankup to the next tier and at certain tiers/levels the person should be rewarded with crates first starting with the general vote crate then as you get higher in the tiers the higher the reward just a suggestion hope you take it into account and implement it into future factions servers.

but its more of a grind and give it the real feel of the factions series i honestly think with the time you put in you would get rewarded
