/Withdraw

Detailed description:
Players can /withdraw their money for many types of reasons... When they buying stuff n want to save a specific amount of money they could / withdraw it ... Or even when trading with players ... I know there is /ah but /withdraw could be useful in many ways... Also can add withdraw for mcmmo where people can sell a specific skills... I stead of buying credits they can buy the skill instead... Which can vary the worth of the note...and also withdraw in XP... Players can sell their XP to others

This can be useful n change the economy in different ways
