Token Shop Changes For Prison
Detailed description:
The suggestion is implementing a change to the Token Shop for the Prison Server to benefit players. Everything in the Token Shop is buildable. I would suggest creating like an Eff 7 Axe, Pickaxe, in it's place, so players would benefit more from voting on your server. The server won't be voted on by higher players unless you give benefits to all players. An Eff 7 would not be too strong and too weak for people who have voted for the server all the time.
Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Reason:
Everything in the Token Shop is based on new players. Anything past the first 26 ranks (About 800K) can create the items in the Token Shop.
Example:
Player 'A' votes 2 times today and receives 10 tokens.
'A' votes 8 days in a row and sees that everything in the shop is buildable. He then stops voting due to the fact he can make them himself. If you stop the votes, your server will be at a stand-still and possibly lower in rank.
With the New Implement:
Player 'B' votes 2 times today and received 10 tokens.
'B' votes 8 days in a row and sees pickaxes and axes that are worth getting by voting. He will continue to vote to accumulate more tokens and constantly buy from the TokenShop. [AKA - More Votes for Server = More Popularity]
