Denied Survival Suggestion: Survival pvp area no tpa and no flying

Suggestion:
Survival pvp area no tpa and no flying

Detailed description:
1.Please disable teleportations to the pvp area.

2.Also currently /fly is disabled within pvp area but flying is not. This would be better the other way around

Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Survival

Reason:
1.Its the only way of tpa killing, that players with fire resist and fly got to be scared off. This would make it safer to tpa to unknown players and to help new players or nooby once.

Example:
I got tpahere request from someone but he was in pvp area. It scared me

+1 I don't really pvp but this is a great idea, it will make it much safer and fairer for players. All they need to do is place barrier blocks as a roof and disable tp in that area :)

There is a barrier block roof. Xd, but you can still fly under it as its high up

Oh well I'm stupid xD come to think of it you can just fly through the gate can't you? I don't really know cause I've never flown in to it.
So what needs to happen is flight needs to be turned off when you get in and also you don't take fall damage when it does turn off.
