Suggestion:
Rewards form reports

Detailed description:
If you report some1, you get rewarded with coupon for web shop. (i'm not sure how much you get from it and i dont want to even guess because it will probably trigger some people out there)

Reason:
Because there will be more punishments for rule breakers, because people (like me) are too lazy to report and i report only when some1 is getting on my nerves... even if i see some1 breaking rules, i just ignore it.

You just said report tho. Are you trying to say that any reports that help staff in banning a playing will be rewarded or all. Because then people could just report randoms for no reason and get like Ultimate+ in factions xD

Im not giving full 1 because, the coupon is too op. That makes everyone not buy anything with real money.
If you change it into in game money or items then I would give full 1.

This is like real life when you captured a WANTED person you get rewards. I don't agree with the coupon so, same as MrRavagen.

i think you have only 3 account if you get ban in all of them you will be ipban
(not 100%sure this is all in my knowledge from of old pika)

I believe You can overwrite your IP, and probably can do it via google. Also it probably can be done using WiFi.

Hmm let's take an example. 15 Reports a day with each getting 0.10$ If a person makes like 100 reports which he will do then that would mean 10 dollars...15X10=150 All those people would get tons of money if they make like 100 reports and such and they would definitely do that with that system implemented. That's too much for money for some little reports. Most players just want justice and wouldn't think about the money...I mean, it's just a report after all and I do not believe a single report is worth money.

well depends on how much you get... if its not too much, then it wouldnt be op... for example... to get min rank on factions you need 5 eur. then you should ask yourself, how many reports would you make to get that rank...

Well i think that 0.10 would be too op... think about it, how many reports would you make to get for example coal rank in factions (it costs 5 eur)

The simple fact that Pika is a cracked server, which means you can create
an unlimited amount of alts leasds to a more than simple way to get a bunch of
coupons when you record accounts you created. The system would be abused
as much as possible.

Will be denied 99,99999999% like the times before, sry.
But its just too easy to bypass.

You should report people because you want a hacker free server
and help the community. Not to earn money.
But thats my opinion.

Actually, like Veggi said with his extremely reasonable post, this will most likely be denied as this can be abused and in all actuallity, there's no meaning to it.
