Removing 30 seconds post Cool-Down for 1 year vets

Detailed description:
Ya know afte these 'forum ranks' got released the users with no ranks has these 30 seconds cool down before posting replies or threads. My suggestion is that to remove this cool downs for pika ogs (e.g 1 year / 2 year pika players ) or people with 400+ or 500+ posts.

Because its annoying we are not bots lmao

Clearly you guys aren't seeing the main thing. The server is already a pay 2 win . The forum is also becoming like the net netruaility thing . If you pay more you get more advantage for ex if you pay for a rank the 30 seconds cooldown gets remove in which case, all players are not getting treated equally

We all know that but a cooldown for non-donors and no cooldowns for donors is too much. Donors already have lot of advantages which non-ranks doesn't have.

1. They need money to run a server.
2. 30 second season is not a long time. Therefore you don’t need too make fuss over half a minute delay too posting
