Public Welcome Sign

HELLO
i have a suggetion for Classic SkyBlock : Welcome sign
members need to get permission to place welcome sign for some reasons
=. Like .=
a member has a Grinder and want it to be public and if he said "Tp To me for Blaze - Creeper Grinder" someone could tp trap him so /is warp [PlayerName] is better than the tp :3

To Make Any Island be public
