Plots
Detailed description:
Plots are mostly made in a different /warp. Plots are actually pieces of land someone owns and if the land is owned you can come on that land if the owner approves it. Also no one can edit the land so you can make save shops there and no one will raid this or you can make buildings to show everyone your building skills.
Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Reason:
I would give plots only to topdonators or higher cause otherwise anybody would abuse it and make their bases in plots. I would also make it illegal to place your normal vault chest on plots so plots will only be used for shops and building skills.
I think this would be a great idea because donators have allot of problems with people trying to raid their shops and in this way we are save and litterally anyone can use your shop (unless you deny the acces to your plot with a command). Because till today only people who tp you when your online can use your shop and there is mostly pvp in private shops which makes your shop very low running because people are afraid they are gonna die there or end up in pvpfights.
