[Suggestion] How to possibly get rid/reduce the amount of hackers

I know from another server that i sometimes play that there is a plugin where you can't log on with vpns, hacked clients or auto clickers. Maybe adding this to pika will help reduce the amount of hackers, which will make pika a more fun community
