check submitted information better if you take players seriously.

Detailed description:
I submit a report on a player with a short movie of a /invsee and /realname command, show the player has an incredible amount of vote and premium keys in his inventory. The player plays on the server for three days. This is the reaction in the ban report:
"He might've just got 100 keys from someone else, so we can't really do much, sorry."
I think if that is the quality of reactions of me filing reports for possible key dupers, this is the last time ever went through the trouble of doing the effort. You can investigate the item history and see IF this player got the keys from someone else. If that is to much trouble for staff to keep your server free from dupers, then why should we as players even report them ?

Hello @Old Prophet !
Please try and look at it via our POV, we see over 100 player reports a day, and we have to maintain the server as much as we can, as well as the Discord server and Teamspeak server, The forums looks very different to us than to you, we see more things, need to do more things on it. We have to pay attention to everything that is going on. Of course this does not mean that we should ignore or pay less attention to the player reports.
I have taken a look at your report,
The player seems to have a lot of those keys, and that is proof of possible duping.
But he could also have gathered up the keys, via alts etc
There are multiple reasons wich makes it hard to make a final Statement.

We are aware of the duping problem in Op Factions, and we are trying to do our best to minimize and/or get rid of the problem.
Thank you for reporting, players like you keep the server running.

And come on, making a suggestion for us like this, it is a way to mock us, I get your frustration and I am sorry that you feel overlooked. It is players like you that keep the server running and the community safe, Thank you for reporting!

The player who checked your report has done nothing wrong , Like said by Smash we have loads of reports and the staff who does it has done a lot of them recently , please make sure you follow our report standards .
