Bring fly back

Detailed description:
Add flying in wilderness and/or others claims like it was in the old op-factions basically just like before the reset

Reason:
Its just necessary because its a complete change from what everyone is used to it makes it feel as if it was normal factions just more money and more op but its this small change that made op factions so much different it could atleast be changed to where you are able to fly in wilderness but this is a extremely needed thing that op factions needs back please just consider adding it back and it just disappointed me and a bunch of others seeing the chat that day so i really do feel like with flying everywhere being taken out it really effects how people wanna play or have played in the pass

? lol i can fly even though i have a superhero rank , its probably cause im a god donator in normal factions. I was flying in spawn and idk why everyone was calling hacks on me lol.
