Bring Back /KS

Detailed description:
/KS was a simple command used by players to check their Kill-streak / K Ratio. It was another way for players to compete against each other. Players could do /ks top and see who had the highest Kill-streak and could work hard to get there. The KS plugin also had a feature which would stop players from getting unlimited kills by killing their alt accounts. It would detect when you got 5 kills on the same person in such a small time and wouldn't count any of the kills you would get on that player for a specific amount of time.

Reason:
/KS was another way for players to compete against each other and the fact that there isn't much of a variety of competitions on OP Factions anymore makes people bored.
