Break blocks at BuildUHCs

Detailed description:
Guys why can't we break blocks at BuildUHCs everyone's been camping and trapping people and there are pickaxe and axe but what are the use of that?

Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Reason:
The reason for it we need to stop players from camping so there's no cheaters

You can break the block you placed but you cant break other player placed block
