Bonus Claim Blocks via Voting
Detailed description:
This is a necessity. Some people want a larger claim, however the slow accumulation of claim blocks every 5 minutes restricts this over a span of a very long time.
There's also a benefit to the server itself as a whole adding a claim block bonus to vote rewards. It gives a higher incentive for voting, as players are always in need of more claim blocks. Majority of players are indegent, meaning they don't have the monetary assets to donate for rank or extended claim blocks. By implementing this system you're allowing these group of players to not only have a higher incentive for voting, but also giving them the opportunity to accumulate faster claim blocks.
Voting always comes down to one strict rule; Incentive versus reward.

Reason:
The slow accumulation of claim blocks is too restrictive. I mean this by, players(including myself) who want to play on survival and accomplish building something grand. But as it is right now, it takes days to even get a thousand claim blocks saved for just a casual player. This leaves unfair playing ground to someone who would go spend $10 to instantly have a claim advantage versus someone who legitimately wants to extend their claim, but is forced to wait for the slow accumulation.
