Suggestion:
Adding in the permissions new /kit

Detailed description:
Some of the players were kind of familiar with the /kit starter.
And its just it. Until adding /kit luckyblock. the cooldown can be 4-7 days.

In /kit luckyblock...
You will get: 3 lucky blocks. Its either lucky or not.
Depends on the pick and the percentage of the luck.

Why not add new permission to unlock?
It can cost 5m-7.5m

Reason:
I know some of the players in /warp mine is like mining for hours and still not getting any lucky blocks.

Great idea, +1, and no 5m-7.5m for 3 lucky blocks isn't expensive unless they give you tokens.
