Add Some more things

Detailed description:
Maybe you could add the following:
Loot crates in Warzone,
A Chest with loot in that unlocks every hour in warp pvp,
A big boss that when you kill drops good loot,
Could try to reduce lag,
Get rid of mob stack plugin,
faction challenges,
daily challenges

Reason:
I would like to see this because i think alot more people would enjoy playing pika!

Example:
So for example with loot crates you get vote keys rusckap etc
you could get a prem key and gear and stuff from the chest in warp pvp
you get some good stuff from the boss if you kill it
so we dont keep trying to pvp eachother whilst we are all stood still
you could get faction xp for doing challenges and you can buy stuff
you can get say like a vote key or something from doing a daily challenge

#Logic. some factions has like 30 spawners. this will make server lag even more
