Add item name color by using anvil or command.

Detailed description:
I don't know if this has already been implement or not but it will be a fresh thing to add to the server. Its kind of boring to see the same color of item if you played for along time. Hope this can be added to this server.

I think this is a great idea because sometimes when you repair ranked armour (ones you get from donator kits) the name and colour of the armour goes it would be nice if we could rename it back to how it was.....

That's why to prevent or reduce scam, I recommended only donators can do something like this. Ninja+ or warlock+ rank.

This actually happens where tripwire hooks are named in anvil but I think you can disable /rename on certain items.
