Suggest revamping gold tax on /ah market​

Detailed description:

Right now if we are planning to sell something on /ah, a 5 gold tax will be imposed before placing the item on /ah.
I suggest to revamp the gold tax by imposing gold tax after the item is sold, instead deducting the 5 gold tax upon placing the items. This will allow players without gold to participate in trading items on /ah as well. Otherwise players won't be able to earn their first bucket of gold without spending real money to purchase gold in-game.​

Reason(s):

Allow more players to participate in trading using /ah for golds even for those players who didn't purchase gold in-game can sell their items on /ah too.​

Example(s):

For example, deduct the gold tax only after the item is sold on /ah.​

Honestly, this makes more sense. But if that's the case, they should also warn players when they list an item that 5 gold will be taken if it sells.

Upvoted !! This would allow us to sell item even if we don't have any gold on hand. I was trying to place some items for sale on /ah for golds but but unable to proceed because of this tax issue. Hope developer consider this so non-donator can sell items for gold on /ah too.
