Is saying Subscribe to "Example: Dream" counts as adversiting?

If you feel that a player is breaking a rule stated in the Rule Forums, please make a report in the Player Report Forum. Further, you should provide clear and valid evidence of the rule being broken (screenshots or video evidence) and the stated rule being broken. Make sure that the scoreboard is visible at all times in the evidence provided if it is a game-related situation. Further, when you have successfully submitted the report, please wait for a response from the development team and do not pressure them to respond to you.

Furthermore, I do know that if you advertise a content creator that is not related to PikaNetwork, it is not allowed, but I do think it is allowed to advertise content creators that are related to PikaNetwork. But, in this case, it depends on the context.

As long as the content creator mentioned posts videos related to the Network, advertising them is not against the rules.
