Strict rules against bumping/Necroposting​

Detailed description:

Bumping/Necroposting is the act of reviving/bringing up old, abondaned and so called "dead" threads up to the top. Necroposting/bumping is a bad thing. It clogs up the forums with un-necessary and old topics. It just makes the forums messy. It is seen done by users to increase their message count. So my suggestion is that Bumping/Necroposting should be disallowed.

Allow it on off-topic tho.​

Reason(s):

Its annoying. People just do it to increase their message count. When someone bumps/necroposts on a old thread, nearly everyone who replied to that thread gets notified about a thread that might be irrelevant now.​
