Store Purchase Warning.

I have a small suggestion for the PikaNetwork store that could help prevent a lot of confusion with refunds.
Whenever someone is about to purchase an item, there could be a small pop-up warning before the payment is completed.
like for example:
Please make sure you understand the following:
Store purchases are non-refundable.
Chargeback/refunds may result in your account being banned from PikaNetwork.
And by continuing, you confirm that you understand and accept the purchase policy.
But we ain't forgetting this important thing.
What about players who charge back after seeing the warning?
If a player is shown the warning before purchasing, and they choose to continue after being told that the purchase is non-refundable and that a chargeback can result in a ban, then they have been given a clear opportunity to understand the rules.
At that point, if they intentionally decide to charge back anyway, a ban would be more understandable and justified, because the player was already informed about the consequences before making the purchase.
The system would essentially be:
1. Player decides to purchase an item.
2. The warning clearly explains the refund/chargeback policy.
3. Player confirms that they understand it.
4. Player completes the purchase.
5. If they later intentionally charge back despite the warning, the consequences are clearly something they were made aware of.
This creates a much better distinction between someone who genuinely didn't understand the policy and someone who knowingly ignored it.
At the end, the warning is there to protect both the player and PikaNetwork.
If someone sees the warning, understands that purchases are non-refundable, is clearly told that a chargeback can result in a ban, and still decides to ignore it and charge back anyway, then I can tell that the consequences are fair.
