When you 'write' a video then let me know.
Actually I said: "You didn't even write Video" and not "You didn't write a Video"
Capitalization is used to point out a word directly quoted and not to act like a German.

Also, using an abbreviation is very unprofessional, so it seemed out of place in a video posted by a high-ranked staff member.

Dear fellow grammar freak,

As much as we share this correction desease, chill the heck down.
You've past a point of unforgiveness and no regret. In our society
we correct people to let them know what common mistake they
make so they don't have to make it in the future which could lead
to total English, Dutch, French, etc... failure in school and failing
their diploma wich you need for a decent job.

NOT to sound like an intelligent person because if there's something
grammar freaks also do is type "typos".
