Adding the criteria required for a report to be accepted.​

Reason(s):

Makes rules much more clear, helping reporters know when they should report, therefore decreasing the amount of staff's time wasted in denying reports​

Examples:
1-Foreign language rule, under the description of the rule: something like : "3 or more foreign words are necessary for the report to be valid" would be helpful
2-Spamming: "3 or more repetitions of the same message are necessary for the report to be valid"
Etc.​

Honestly, too much detailing is really unnecessary. Every rule already has a meaning and I think that should be enough
