I recommend Pensa_73 Motion Blur v1.1, JeezetBlur, or Sildurs basic shaders v1.051 Motionblur. Not sure which one of them is fps friendly tho. (these are the ones I use and I find them all better than most of the other ones I've seen).

I personally dont use shaders but if I were to use one I'd use Sildurs basic shaders like divertente said

they do, some affect it slightly, and others have a huge effect.

Hello,

I think that BLC is the best shaders i have used in my entire life.
I recommend you using that also.
The water will be flashing which will get you're eyes hurt (Glass also).
