Small revamp of some rules.
Detailed description:
Small rework of the rules. Example the screensharing rules. 1 week for inactive modifications is way too short. I think a better approach would be 30 days (inactive modifications), 90 days (active), 30 days (refusal) and other things such as having sysmain disabled (30 days instead of 90.) Therefore if legitimate players like me get banned for SysMain being disabled it isn't 3 months and instead 1, makes players stick for longer especially if they aren't a long term player like me
Reason(s):
Now this is completely bias because I was banned for something quite strange. But I think that a rework of the rules would help pika network massively. The rules are taken extremely seriously and there is a lot of stuff to read about it. The rules work well however they punish legitimate players for an extreme length and rule breakers for less. It is annoying as I play pika way too much and it's unhealthy and I hate it. But I have fun and getting banned for something I've never heard of for 90 days when I could have refused the whole thing and got 30 days is crazy.
Example(s):
I was banned for having SysMain disabled during my screenshare since it overheats my pc. (I recently figured that out) and it is a 90 DAY BAN. If I actually was cheating and had inactive modifications it would have been 7 DAYS. I don't understand why a feature that causes performance issues being disabled gets you a 90day ban but having hacks on your desktop or in files gets you a week? And even then its a 30 day ban for refusing and actually getting caught with hacks (not too sure on the second one, its either 30 or 90)
This is completely bias. It should not be a 90 day ban for SysMain, even staff agree!!!
