Get efficiency 12 with haste 2 is enough if not then ger efficiency 15 is best for getting a insta mine.
And mine emeralds first to get fourtune 10 then a good pickaxe skin.

I have read your guide there are multiple things which are wrong according to me

As in late game you said grind harder you are right but according to me talking risks is a fun part of game.
If you ask to me I will say getting maxed resources take hardly 5 days for high rank player and 15-20 days to low rank player.

And grinding whole season is just so lame and don't say get payouts it's can only be get by luck (my experience say this)
And getting resources means like just keep in vault and avoid pvp everytime.

As for middle game i would suggest to rush everyone and fight beyond your limits to het real fun. Not even this skymines is the most easiest mode to get armour. The thing you said like pickaxe is your life is true but not that much as you said having eff12 or 13 with haste 2 is enough to grind .

I am saying all of these things after grinding for hours and mining over 20 millon blocks
