SkyMines Related Changes/Additions

Beginning
SkyMines, being the gamemode that it is, is an extremely grindy gamemode. Sure, that may be the point of it, but making it this grindy is damaging, especially the experience. I've been playing for about 5 seasons, and I've hardly seen any player who is unranked stick until now, as the gamemode simply does not support non paying players. The upgrade cost's are too expensive, most of the mines are in the PvP zone, which further damages the quality of the gamemode for new players. Which is why I have brought it up to myself to propose simple ideas to further enhance the quality of life and experience for newer players to enjoy.
- Quality of Life changes
#1: Map Changes
The current map that we are playing on has been around for the duration of the 5 seasons since SkyMines released, about exactly a year ago from today. SkyMines should have a map change, which would enhance it's visual and would improve the gamemode. A map change is long overdue now, as it's been 5 seasons with no new map changes, not at all. The end was revamped about 2 seasons ago to my memory, but that's all that was changed. The other map's were left untouched, which is very disappointing. People would be really looking forward to it, hence why so many people have told me so when I asked them about it.
#2: Adding Redstone to GKit's/Kit's
This addition to be completely honest is extremely vital, it would save people lot's of time and would overall impact the quality positively, Redstone has not been added to any kit or GKit so far, which reduces ability to collect Redstone, as there is 1 mine only of which tens if not hundreds of players have to share. This too, is long overdue.
#3: Default Kit Changes
Simply self explanatory, the kit has been there for 5 seasons, with items which you can easily obtain within minutes. Adding a few ores/compressed ores of different types would be really nice and it would make grinding a tad bit easier for new players.
#4: /fixall Fix
Also pretty self explanatory, changing fix all to be working again would be extremely helpful. It's been around for 5 seasons yet doesn't work properly.
#5: Special join message only for SkyMines
I thought about this pretty quickly, and it would look nice, along the lines of:
"Player has mined his way into the server! Welcome to SkyMines."
#6: Extending /passive
This is also one of the reasons which make's newer player's quit within such a short time of playing. Main reason being is that it's generally extremely tough to grind normally, unless you're a ranked player. You'd be killed by different players for no reason, which is really frustrating, and causes people to quit early on. Extending /passive to 1 hour would be great.
#7: Change in upgrade cost's and requriements.
Now this, is extremely important. This is genuinely the main reason of which people quit. Prices are just extremely high. In addition to the grinding circumstances, prices are absurdly high, which reduces playing quality by WAY too much. It has been brought to my attention whilst I was playing the newly released season that prices are absurd, going up little by little to where you genuinely stop being able to play. Unranked players find it extremely difficult to grind and I mean it. And this is why prices should be reduced. Hope this is taken into consideration.

Self explanatory. There's alot of lag back whilst pvping in SkyMines, which should be fixed. Mainly happens in the overworld.
