Pika doesnt put skins to players, its minecraft itself. So if you want to have skin, you have to purchase premium account. :)

XD Cloud... but there is a way to put skins on... Without Premium MC (I have this system but just for anyone else your are normal)
You can go here, make an account, upload your skin, and get Tlauncher (Sign into the Launcher using the same password and all for the Site)

not really.. adding more memories to the server would cause additional lag which would be annoying.
