Detailed description:

We all know we can nick, but what If we could set skin.. There is plugin skin restorer, if it's possible to remake it into plugin for Titan+ ranks so we can set our skins just by typing /skin set <player ign>​

I like this suggestion so I will like this suggestion. I think it would be very great for cracked players especially the ones who have bought a rank.
