Silk Touch Spawners​

Detailed description:

Make it so that spawners are silk touchable or a new enchantment called maybe like Spawner Extractor or something else im not good with names maybe instead of these there could be an item called spawner extractor that would give you a spawner when u right click it with the spawner extractor.​

Reason(s):

It would be super useful as players could use a spawner at their base or their team's base to grind exp because exp is really hard to obtain in lifesteal because most people who find spawners mine them. it would be good to add this so no one else can get your spawners that you found.​
