Show levels in chat​

Detailed description:

(In game) Whenever you say something in chat, your level shows beside your name. Just like in the lobby.​

Reason(s):

You'll be able to know how good players are.​

But, I get targetted enough anyways because I am an Elite and me with 36+ Level is gonna bring the entire game to me. So, yeah, but yes. +1 for sure.
