Shorten respawn time after void death

Falltime into the void on pika is unusually long and that might actually be a nice feature because it makes ender pearl clutches more accessable. But to somewhat offset the long time it takes to respawn when voiding compared to dying by damage, the respawn time after falling into the void should be 3 seconds instead of 5 :)
