Server randomly keeps kicking me for "Client Modification" while I have none

Whenever my ping gets to just about 200 or something, the server just randomly stops responding, then when the response comes back I can't move, then I get force-tp'ed to my nearest blocks and then server kicks me for client modification. Like bruh.

I only have Toggle sprint, Optifine, and Tlauncher skins as mods.

It mainly happens due to bad routing

Personally, I would delete TLauncher as it's Spyware, but yk it's fine if your info is being sold to others.
