Server Down Yesterday (11/21) - Lost things

When the server went down yesterday, 11/21, I log back to the server and I noticed that I'm was not a Warlock anymore, how i Notice this? I loggin in and I Was flying so, I Fell down from the sky to the certain death on the ground.

The problem is, I Lose itens, i dont remember all the itens but these are the most important:

• Diamond Pickaxe with Efficiency IV, Silk Touch, Unbreaking III;
• Diamond Pickaxe with Efficiency V, Fortune 3, Unbreaking III;
  
• Diamond axe with Efficiency IV, Silk Touch, Unbreaking III;
  
• Diamond Shovel with Efficiency IV, Silk Touch, Unbreaking III;
  
• Diamond Helmet with Aqua Infinity I and Respiration III

I Lose some diamonds, Lapis, and others, but i dont care for these itens, but

What the server can do to Compensate this?
I Understand the error, but, i dont have much time to play every day, it was very hard to me to acguire levels to enchant these itens, and a lot of tries , and levels, and so...

So, what you Staffs can do, is there any way to get these itens back?

I Also lost all my Set Homes.... =/ how can this be possible?
