Add sellwand into the /shop​

Reason(s):

Selling mob loot is tedious work, as u can only sell the items in the inventory amount, and it would be even more annoying if there is a huge amount of mob loot in a chest. The sell wand does not need to be high (sell rate of 1.0 is enough).​
