Detailed description:

Heya everyone, and I hope yall are having a good day.

My suggestion is for the Staff Team to start giving out second chances. Hundreds of people that have spent a good amount of money on this game are banned and the Staff just reject giving them second chances. Even if they don't know if they changed to the better, want to be a good player. Even if you're banned for cheating, in Jartex for example. They give second chances if you really explain that you have changed to the better and you want to play normally. Unlike Pika, if you're banned. You appeal, they state that unless its a false ban. They can do nothing. Then, we need to beg them for an unban. Whether it's an srmod, Admin, Manager, or owner.​

Reason(s):

I am currently banned for ban evasion and they just don't want to give me a second chance. I sure understand it's my fault for what I did and I have to fave the consequences. But, hey look at people that are banned for Cheating or something. What if they change and want to be legit? I'm not saying pika should do this thing forever. But, they should look out for the people that really really looking forward to change and be a better player. I know several friends that have the same problem as me.

Let's see, my friend is currently permanently banned for cheating. He has been for maybe a year or so. I have played with him also several times before and I believe that people can change even if it's the worse person u know.

Therefore, I believe this should be a thing Pika Staff should be doing and not just letting people suffer their ban forever.​

I am literally banned for ban evasion and I have proven to them that I changed and I can be better but they're like "Decision is final and no second chances".

Atleast discuss it with us or give us chances to show you we are better.

Let's not forget the people that are banned for years now. And they still think they're bad people and they can't change?

Lastly, I just want to let the community know I am NOT doing this for me. I want to make the place better and help everyone that wants to become a better person unbanned.

First of all, it is your responsibility to follow the rules, no matter if you spend money on this game or not. Also, you should not get unbanned from a ban which is valid, because it will be unfair. You will never know what someone's real intentions are, so it will result in unfair unbans. So, -1.

I did say that it is our responsibility and I mentioned it. But, I also said that some people may have bad intentions some may change and be good.

Ok, so in that case how will you find out who has a bad intention and who has a good one? There is no way to find that. Also, I think there was a similar suggestion to this earlier, so it is already suggested (I think). So, -1 regardless.

You can discuss it with the player and see how they have changed. Ask them questions, and test them. You can't just keep people banned forever. Yes some people deserve to stay banned, but some don't.

Staff members already have lots of responsibilities and duties, so there is no point in asking questions and testing players considering that hundreds and thousands of bans are issued every day.

That's their job. No? Ofcourse they have alot of duties, but you're saying out of a full Staff Team not even 1 is free to do this? Pathetic if you ask me.

There are hundreds and thousands of bans issued every day, so it is not possible to handle all of that in one day.

Thousand of bans per day is wild. There are barely 500 per day. Also I did not say to check them all in one day. Use your mind. Staff take more than 5 days to check your appeal/ticket. Unless you asked them privately in discord

Not all players have ban intentions atleast the players who were permenantly banned for reasons other than cheating,duping and other severe reasons should be given a second chance.
