Detailed description:

Schematics are used in faction servers and we use schematics to basically rebuild a certain build. Printer then make schematics more easier because you only need the materials needed and schem will automatically place the blocks for you in a radius.​

Reason(s):

Players spend too much time building than grinding, therefore its a much easier process and more advantageous way to reach for the top.​
