Scamming With Perks = Permanent Ban
Detailed description:
As we already know, scamming with in-game items in any gamemode (except OP Lifesteal ofc) is a 30-day IP ban, and also real money trading is disallowed on the server. So, to give any player some amount of pika gold or anything, we can input their respective username in the Store on the website to transfer Gold, Rank, or any perk to gift something or trade anything with an in-game item. Sometimes, for trading purpose, we get Pika Gold for someone to trade with them in-game, but then the person from whom we were supposed to trade and transferred gold into his/her account scams us and never trades the stuff we wanted, then if we try to report the person, this falls under "Scamming" which is 30-day IP ban which I think is very light. So, I suggest making this a global punishment that if someone tries to scam a person with Pika gold or any perk that can be bought from the store, they get a permanent ban.
Reason(s):
We spent our real money on the store to trade a specific item in-game with the person, and the person for whom we spent our money scams us by not trading the item we wanted for Gold/Rank or any perk bought from the store. So, the person who scammed us should be punished with this.
Example(s):
For example, I decide to trade a rank from a player with the username "X" because he is selling the rank for cheap pika gold. (As you know, Gold Auctions are now a thing, but consider that the person doesn't have any gold on the account to list on the Gold Auction.) Then you get him Pika Gold into his account from the Store by spending your money, but when you come on trading, he suddenly leaves the game or just doesn't trade with us at all, then in this case, the person with the "X" username should be punished for his actions. You can record this whole trade to be safe, report it, and the person who scammed us gets banned for his/her actions
