I accept full responsibility for my actions and sincerely apologize for scamming a player on OpSkyBlock. I understand that scamming is against the server rules, and I made a mistake that I truly regret.
Pika Network is my favorite Minecraft server, and I’ve really enjoyed playing on OpSkyBlock. I’ve learned from this experience and I promise not to break the rules again. If possible, I’m also willing to return the items or repay the player I scammed.
I kindly request the staff to consider reducing my ban or giving me a second chance. Thank you for your time and for giving players like me an opportunity to appeal.

Firstly, this isn't the right place to submit an appeal. You can do so HERE.

Secondly, the server won't revoke your punishment (Until your falsely punished.) The server doesn't give you second chances when it's a fair punishment, you'll have to wait out until your punishment expires.

he means the player who reported him he can check in pika punishments by seeing who is recording

There is no exact meaning "ohh". It changes upon the situation, and I don't think I am that good in explaining those stuff so I will share you a picture of Google explaining the word. If you have seen john wick then you should know the meaning of this word as Viggo said the word "ohhh" when he realised what his son has done to John Wick and knew that he and his son were in big trouble.
