Reward for Every Accepted Suggestion
Detailed description:
Right now, only the top 3 suggestions of the month get a gold reward (2500 gold each). I suggest keeping that and also giving at least 1000 gold to every accepted suggestion. The top 3 would still get their 2500 gold.
Here is how it would work:
A player submits a suggestion on the forums.
Staff review it and mark it as Accepted.
Once accepted, the player automatically receives 1000 gold.
At the end of the month, the top 3 suggestions are chosen as usual and receive 2500 gold each. The 1000 gold already given for being accepted can count toward that amount.
Why this matters:
Right now, a player can spend a lot of time thinking of an idea, writing it clearly, adding examples, and waiting days or weeks for a response.
When the suggestion is finally accepted, they get nothing unless it happens to be in the top 3.
Since only 3 suggestions per month receive gold, many good ideas that help the server go completely unrewarded.
It also keep the top 3 competition exciting, since 2500 is still more than 1000.
What the problem looks like right now:
